주인공인 소년어사 차봉석이 왕의 명을 받아 전국을 돌아다니며 예와 의를 지키는 자에게는 상을 주고 그렇지 못한 자에기는 벌을 주는 내용이 담 긴 애니메이션.
This animation teaches moral lessons to children as the main character, the boy agent, Cha Bong-seok, travels around the country under the King’s order and rewards those who live up to the ethic code of ‘proprieties’ and ‘loyalty’ and punishes those who don’t.
