[9/30/23 서비스 종료] 석우는 딸 수안과 함께 부산으로 가는 KTX 열차에 오른다. 이 열차에는 아이를 가진 성경과 상화 부부, 대회를 앞둔 고교 야구팀과 응원단, 출장을 가는 사업가 등 다양한 사람들이 타고 있다. 한 소녀가 급하게 열차로 뛰어든 직후 열차가 출발하고, 수안은 승강장에서 어떤 사람이 승무원을 덮치는 모습을 목격한다. 한편 열차에 올라탄 소녀는 심한 발작을 일으키며 좀비로 변하고, 그를 지켜보던 승무원을 물어뜯는다. 감염된 승무원은 객실로 들어서 승객들을 감염시키고, 열차 안은 아비규환의 현장으로 변한다. 좀비가 된 이들은 다음 숙주를 찾아 다음 객실로 달려 나가기 시작하고, 열차 안 사람들은 열차 밖 사람들을 구하지도 못하고, 다른 역에서 멈추지도 못한 채 자신들에게 달려드는 좀비에 맞선다.
[Terminated on 9/30/23] Seok-woo gets aboard on the express train to Busan with his daughter, Soo-an. Various people are aboard the train, including a married couple, a high school baseball team and the cheerleaders, a corporate man on a business trip, a homeless man and more. The train departs the station with the last passenger, a girl, and Soo-an witnesses a person attacking the train attendant at the platform. The last passenger has a severe seizure and turns into a zombie, assaulting the attendant who takes care of her. The infected enters the cabin and bites passengers, and the train turns into hell. To find the next host, zombies run towards the people. Unable to stop the train or save people outside the train, survivors must protect themselves against the herd of zombies.
