몇백 년 동안 고유의 손맛을 발전시킨 종가를 직접 찾아가 계절의 변화를 고스란히 담아내는 우리나라 고유의 한상차림을 만나는 음식 기행 프로그램. 우리나라 곳곳에 자리한 전통 종갓집 을 찾아 그곳에서 하룻밤을 보내며 가문의 역사를 알아보고 종부들을 통해 내려온 요리법을 직접 체험한다.
Korean Dish Expedition explores the variety of food and seasonal delicacy in families with a long history. Each season, the hosts visit a historical manor, learning the family history and their traditional culinary delights, developed and preserved by the eldest daughters-in-law.
