나린은 어느 날 갑자기 오랜 연인 은찬에게서 이별을 통보받는다. 하지만 이별을 받아들일 수 없는 나린은 은찬에게 딱 한 달만 더 만나보고 아니다 싶으면 그때 헤어지자고 말한다. 여전히 은찬과 보통의 연애를 계획하던 나린은 카페에서 여자에게 이별 통보하는 남 자를 만나고, 왠지 친한 척하는 남자와 술을 주고받으며 서로의 연애와 이별의 역사를 털어놓는다. 다음날에서야 나린은 어제의 술친구가 새로 온 회사 대표 수한임을 알게 된다. 수한은 이별을 앞둔 나린에게 마음껏 이야기를 풀어 보라며 '사랑의 역사'라는 음반 기획 프로젝트에 참여시키고, 나린은 일을 하면서 관계, 특히 자신과 은찬의 시작과 끝을 진지하게 고민한다.
Na-rin cannot accept her long-time boyfriend's breaking up with her. She asks him to have one month of suspension to figure out their feeling. One day, Na-rin witnesses a man saying goodbye to his girlfriend. He acts as he knows her, and she has a drink with him and talks about relationships. The next day, she finds out that the man is Soo-han, her company's new CEO.
