The 72nd celebration ceremony for Constitution Day is held at the Center Hall of National Assembly in Yeouido, Seoul. Under the theme of 'People's Assembly opens tomorrow,' distinguished guests from the legislature, executive, and judiciary branches celebrate the constitution's enactment in 1948. This year's celebration is scaled down due to the novel coronavirus.
