한때 볼링계를 휘어잡고 전설이라 불리던 철종은 불운의 교통 사고로 모든 것을 잃고 낮에는 가짜 석유 판매원, 밤에는 도박 볼링판 선수로 하찮은 길바닥 인생으로 살아가게 된다. 빚더미에 앉아있는 망해가는 볼링장 주인인 희진은 철종과의 경기로 돈을 벌어 빚을 갚으려 한다. 그러던 어느 날 철종은 자폐증으로 자신만의 세계에 갇혀살지만 볼링에만큼은 놀라운 재능을 보이는 영훈을 만나고 자신의 파트너로 끌어들인다. 철종과 영훈은 희진이 벌인 엄청난 판에 참가하게 되고 철종과 끈질긴 악연인 비열한 승부사 두꺼비까지 가세해 치열한 승부가 시작되는데…
