'응급의료 완전정복'은 빠르면서도 올바른 응급대처를 할 수 있도록 정확한 응급의료 지식을 전달하는 프로그램이다. 구체적 사례를 통해 실제 상황에서 사용할 수 있는 유용한 정보를 전달해 단편적으로만 알고 있던 응급의료 상식을 보완한다. 응급의학 전문의, 구급대원 등 전문가가 직접 응급 상황에 대처하는 법, 환자 이송 시 주의할 점, 병원에서 알거나 해야 하는 것들을 알려준다. 또한 환자 본인이 스스로 증상을 확인하는 방식, 응급의료시스템을 유용하게 사용하는 법도 전달한다.
