진현필 회장은 원네트워크라는 회사를 세우고 지난 몇 년간 사람을 홀리는 화려한 언변과 마당발 인맥을 이용해 수만 명의 사람들에게 사기를 치며 돈을 벌어왔다. 반년 간 그를 추적한 경찰 지능범죄수사팀 팀장 김재명은 진회장과 일당을 잡아들일 작전을 세우고, 이를 위해 진회장의 최측근이자 일당의 브레인, 프로그래머 박장군을 체포한다. 김재명은 박장군에게 원네트워크의 기밀 정보를 빼돌리라고 지시한다. 김재명은 박장군을 통해 진회장뿐 아니라 진회장을 비호하는 세력까지 모두 잡아들일 계획이다. 하지만 박장군은 이 기회를 틈타 진회장과 경찰 모두에게 벗어나고 돈을 챙기려 한다. 한편 진회장은 내부에 첩자가 있음을 눈치채고 배신자를 잡기 위한 새로운 작전을 벌인다.

Kim Jae-myung, a white-crime investigator, has been trying to make a case against him for a half year. His best shot is Park Jang-gun, the brain of the operation and Jin's right-hand man. Kim threatens Park to hand over confidential information, intending to gun down not only Jin but those who are protecting him. But Park uses this opportunity to break free from both Jin and Kim. Meanwhile, Jin has a hunch that there is a spy inside the operation, and he plots to eradicate the crook.
