풍상 씨에겐 어른이 되어서도 여전히 신경써야 하는 네 명의 동생, 진상, 정상, 화상, 외상이 있다. 카센터 운영하느라, 동생들 챙기느라 하루가 모자랄 지경인 풍상 씨는 정작 자신의 가족과 자기 자신은 챙기지 못했다. 어느 날, 풍상 씨는 자신에게 암이 있고, 살기 위해선 간이식이 필요하다는 진단을 받는다. 풍상의 아내 분실은 평생을 동생들에게 헌신한 남편을 안타까워하며 어떻게든 그를 살리려 한다.
Poong Sang finds out that he's got cancer. The thing is, he's got a lot of siblings, but none of them think he's worthy enough of a brother to be lent a liver to live another day. His wife, Boon Sil, and his most loyal sister Jeong Sang find ways to convince their siblings to save him. It's a matter of sibling rivalry, favoritism, and hatred which makes their journey of finding that compatible liver before he dies.
