수학이 어렵고 쓸모없다는 오해는 생활 속에 녹아있는 수학적 경험을 인지하지 못하고 유용성을 깨닫지 못함으로서 비롯된다. 생활 속 소재를 활용한 수학 동화 애니메이션, 노래와 챈트, 놀이등으로 수학의 개념을 재미있게 익힐 수 있도록 한다. 단순히 답을 찾는 것이 아닌 답을 찾는 과정에서 창의적인 문제 해결 과정을 체계화시켜준다.
Mathematics gets a bad rap for being difficult and useless, because most curriculum fail to teach children mathematics as a part of our lives. The program constitutes a variety of lessons in forms of animated fairy tails, songs, and chants. As children learn the concepts of mathematics while playing, they will acquire the habit of solving problems creatively and independently.
