운동도 하고, 사랑도 찾는 일석이조 신개념 로맨스 리얼리티 쇼. 남녀 참가자 8명은 헬스클럽이라는 제한된 공간 속에서 24시간 동안 미션을 수행하고 그 성적에 따라 점수를 쌓는다. 가장 높은 점수를 기록한 남녀 1인은 진짜 커플이 될 수 있는 권리를 부여받는다.
H Club is a new dating show combining physical training and matchmaking. Eight contestants stay at a gym for 24 hours and execute several missions to score 'point.' One male and one female contestant who get the highest score get the privilege to find their mate.
