The surveillance division exclusively specializes in tailing suspects and gathering information to prevent crime from happening in the first place. The division is led by Mr. Hwang who was born with an instinct to solve crime. Soon after Ha Yoon-joo, a crime solver with an extraordinary memory and observant skills, joins the team, unexpected and seemingly inexplicable crime takes a place. The true battle begins between the surveillance division and a crime organization led by a man named James who orchestrates his crime like a maestro who adheres to his grand plan to the littlest details and does not forgive a single mistake.
