부산 산복도로. 밤 12시부터 해 뜰 때까지만 운영하는 카페가 있다. 시공을 초월한 손님들이 각자의 사연을 가지고 나타나는 이 곳. 마스터는 손님에 따라, 혹은 그날의 분위기에 따라 마음대로 메뉴를 정해 대접한다. 그가 어디에서 왔는지, 몇 살인지는 아무도 모른다. 어느 날, 번아웃에 시달리는 게임회사 직원 아영은 무리한 업무에 결국 빵 터져버린다. 휴가를 내고 부산에 온 그는 B23이라는 주소의 게스트하우스를 찾던 중 이상한 카페를 만난다. 시공간이 뒤섞인 그곳에서 아영은 서핑을 주저하는 서퍼와 연락이 끊겼던 고등학교 친구를 만난다. 심야카페에 모인 세 청년은 서로를 위로하고 마음의 상처를 회복한다.
