글로비스배 세계바둑대회는 20세 미만 선수들이 출전하는 국제 대회로, 주최국 일본을 비롯한 한국, 중국, 대만, 미국, 러시아, 싱가포르 등의 선수 20명이 참여한다. 올해는 코로나19로 인해 온라인 대국으로 변경되었으며, 시차와 부정행위 감독 등의 어려움으로 비공식 대회로 치러진다.
The GLOBIS Cup Championship U-20, hosted by the Japanese Go Association and sponsored by GLOBIS, is an international Go tournament for players under 20. Twenty from Korea, Japan, China, and other countries will have matches to win the champion title. Due to COVID-19, this year's tournaments will go online.
