열아홉 윤영은 엄마와 단 둘이 살며 아르바이트를 하며 검정고시를 준비한다. 윤영의 목표는 공무원이 되어 청각장애인인 어머니를 편하게 해 드리는 것이다. 하지만 뜻밖의 사고가 벌어지고 윤영은 살인자라는 누명을 쓰고 수감된다. 이제 윤영은 이름 대신 2037이라는 수감번호로 불린다. 절망적인 상황에서 저마다의 사연을 가진 10호실 동료들은 윤영을 지켜주기 위해 희망의 손길을 내민다.
19-year-old girl Yun-young, dreaming of becoming a civil servant to support her deaf mother, gets into an accident one day and is framed as a murderer. In the women's prison, where she's called by her prison number '2037' instead of her name, her inmates in cell 10 gather to help Yoon-young.
