주인공인 소년어사 차봉석이 왕의 명을 받아 전국을 돌아다니며 예와 의를 지키는 자에게는 상을 주고 그렇지 못한 자에기는 벌을 주는 내용이 담긴 애니메이션.
This animation teaches moral lessons to children as the main character, the boy agent, Cha Bong-seok, travels around the country under the King’s order and rewards those who live up to the ethic code of ‘proprieties’ and ‘loyalty’ and punishes those who don’t.
