모험을 꿈꿔왔던 네 남자가 요트를 타고 태평양 항해에 도전한다. 다큐멘터리식 예능 '요트원정대'는 진구와 최시원, 장기하, 송호준이 태평양으로 나가는 여정 속에서 자연을 경험하고, 인생의 희망과 가치를 찾아가는 과정을 담아낸다. 뿐 만 아니라 그동안 방송에서 보지 못했던 태평양의 웅장함부터 모험에 도전하는 4인방의 모습, 예기치 못한 위기 상황까지 다양한 모습을 볼 수 있을 것이다. 대한민국 최초 무기항, 무원조로 홀로 요트 세계일주에 성공한 김승진 선장이 네 사람과 함께 모험을 떠날 예정이다.
Four men, who always dreamed about adventurous journeys, head to the Pacific Ocean on a yacht. In this documentary-reality show, Jin Goo and Choi Si-won, Chang Ki-ha, and Song Ho-joon will experience the magnificence of both the Pacific ocean and mother nature while also facing various challenges. Kim Seung-jin, the first Korean who went on a nonstop yacht trip around the world, will join the four's journey.
