We are The Family follows TAN, the newly-formed boy band from Wild Idol, as they try to get used to the new management agency. Saenggak Entertainment, the company representing Kim Ho-jong, Son Ho-joon, and many other artists, trains the new artists to survive show business's wild and harsh world.
