한국을 포함한 4개 국가의 신예 바둑기사들이 참여하는 바둑 대회. 국내에서 예선을 통해 선발된 20세 이하 남자 기사 2명, 여자 기사 1명이 팀을 꾸려 대만, 중국, 일본 대표와 대결한다.
