광복과 분단 이후 남한에 왕정 정부가 세워진 가상의 대한민국. 현 왕의 동생인 이재하는 왕족의 의무보다는 노는 데 관심이 더 많은 왕자다. 형의 명령으로 세계장교대회 남북단일팀에 참가한 그는 북한 대표로 온 장교 김항아와 크게 부딪힌다. 북한 특수부대 최초의 여성 훈련 장교인 항아는 사랑하는 사람과 연애하고 결혼하는 게 꿈이지만, 어쩌다 남한의 날라리 왕제 재하를 좋아하게 된다. 두 사람의 장난 같은 밀당이 불같은 관계로 발전하자, 둘의 사랑이 남북 관계에 미치는 영향을 우려하는 세력이 등장한다.

Lee Jae Ha, the South Korean Prince, loves goofing around and has no interest in state affairs at all. Kim Hang Ah, the first female drill sergeant of the North Korean special force, dreams of finding her Mr. Right and getting married to him. Army officers from 16 countries gather for the World Officer Championship, and South and North Korea enter as one team for the first time.
