어느 날 혼자가 된 열일곱 소년 우민은 부모님의 간병인이었던 수정과 한 집에 남게 되었다. 그날부터 우민의 마음에서 수정은 사랑이 된다. 언어장애인인 수정이 병을 앓고 있는 걸 안 우민은 미성년자인 자신은 지 켜주고 싶은 마음이 아무리 커도 병원비를 대줄 능력도 없음을 깨닫는다. 결국 수정 몰래 일을 시작한 우민은 무용 선생님 혜경과 마주친다. 한편 수정 또한 보육원에서 함께 봉사하는 성재와 인연을 맺는데...
Woo-min, a seventeen-year-old boy, just lost his parents. Living in the house with Soo-jung, his parents' caretaker, his love for her grows. He finds out that Soo-jung has been ill, but he is minor and cannot afford to take care of her health. He starts working to make money for her, and he meets Hye-kyung, the dance teacher at his school. Meanwhile, Soo-jung gets close to Sung-jae, a pharmacist who volunteers at a nursery school with her.
