On the night he went to look at the house his family would be living in the remote town where he had been appointed as a dam facility management, Hyun-soo accidentally runs over a little girl who came out of nowhere in fog. Stunned and afraid, Hyun-soo makes a wrong decision and throws the body in the lake. When the body is later found, the girl’s father, furious and devastated, swears revenge and begins a relentless hunt for the criminal.
