꿈탱크에 모두의 꿈이 모이면 번쩍번쩍 번개 에너지로 바뀐다. 번개 에너지로 움직이는 번개 타운. 어린이의 꿈을 지키기 위해 싸우는 번개맨과 어린이들의 꿈을 찾아주는 번개걸, 그리고 그들의 친구들이 어린이의 꿈을 방해하는 악당들에 맞서 싸운다.
When all the children's dreams gather in the dream tank, they turn into sparkling light energy. While the Lightning Town runs on lightning energy, Lightning Man fights to protect children's dreams and Lightning Girl works to find children's dreams. Lightning Man and Lightning Girl unite in fighting against the villains who try to disturb the children's dreams.
